To help you make smarter business decisions, Smartbiz provides insights into key metrics. This article will give you an overview of the metrics that you can track as well as where you can find them.

Where can I view a detailed analysis of my store’s performance?

  • Click on the ‘Analytics’ tab on your home screen.
  • Select the date range for which you want to view metrics.
  • Click on each of the tabs – ‘Sales’ and ‘Orders’ to review the relevant metrics.
    • Sales: You will be able to see the trend for Net Revenue in the time period that you have selected. You will also see the top 5 selling products on your store by sales volume. You can also see a breakdown of sales by category. If you have products of only one category in your catalog, entire sales will be attributed to that category only. 
    •   Orders: In addition to viewing the net order trendline, you will be able to view a detailed breakdown of orders by status. Orders that are ‘Pending’ and ‘Ready to Send’ are pending action. You can navigate to these orders from this section to accept/ reject them. You can also see the order wise breakdown. Some points to note while viewing the section –
      • Order trendline shows count of orders in all states including cancelled/ rejected.
      • In the ‘Order Level Information’ section, you may see multiple entries for the same order. This would be the case if a customer purchased multiple products in the same order. The order value will reflect value for the order and not individual product purchased. Pro-tip: To remove duplicate entries, we recommend that you download the data offline and apply a pivot in excel to view only unique order ID data.
