  1. Can I create my own store policies?

    • Yes, you can create and edit store policies after setting up your store. These can be viewed in the store policies section under the Profile tab.
  2. What types of policies can I create or edit?

    • You can edit policies related to returns, refunds, cancellations, as well as FAQs on payments and shipping. Review the default store policies from your profile and make any necessary changes.
  3. Where will customers see my store policy?

    • Customers can view your store policies on your storefront in the 'About Us' section. To maintain their trust, ensure that your services are aligned with the policies displayed on your storefront.
  4. Why can't I add more content to my policy?

    • There is a 5000-character limit on each policy. Please rephrase your policy to comply with this limit and ensure to save your changes.
  5. What should I do if my changes to store policies are not reflecting?

    • Ensure you have an active internet connection. After creating and saving a policy, make sure to select your newly created policy instead of the default store policy.
