4. Do I need a GST number?
No. A GST number is not required to create and use your SmartBiz store.
5. Can I edit my store policies?
Yes. SmartBiz provides default templates, but you can customize all policies (returns, cancellation, FAQs) under Profile > Store Policies.
6. Can I link my custom domain to SmartBiz?
Yes. Purchase a domain from any registrar (e.g., GoDaddy), then link it from
Profile > Link Custom Domain.
7. Where can I promote my store?
You can share your store link or QR code on:

8. Will Amazon list or promote my store on the Amazon marketplace?
No. SmartBiz is independent from Amazon.in marketplace.
Your SmartBiz store is private, and you control how and where it is promoted.
9. What customer data can I access?
You will get essential contact information required to fulfill orders (like customer phone number). For anything additional, you can directly contact the customer.
10. Can I delete or deactivate my SmartBiz account?
This feature is currently not available.

11. Can I migrate my catalog from other platforms?
Yes, but catalog migration is manual.
