  1. What modes of payment will be set up for my online store after completing KYC?
    • Customers can pay via the following payment modes – Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Rupay/Discover/Amex), UPI, Net Banking, Wallets. Customers will also get an option for offers with regards to any wallet.
  2. Can customers pay via cash on delivery (COD)?
  3. How do I access the Razorpay dashboard?
    • You can access it from our available Desktop App and Mobile App, once your Razorpay account is integrated with your SmartBiz account.
    • Navigation for Desktop App: Login to Desktop App> Settings> Payments
    • Navigation for Mobile App: Open SmartBiz Mobile App> Profile> Payments
  4. What transaction fees do I get charged on online payments? Where do I view this?
    • Transaction fees will depend on the payment mode of the order. You can refer this article for transaction fees details - Razorpay Transaction Fees
  5. How do I refund a customer?
    • You will need to initiate refunds from the Razorpay dashboard.
      Follow the steps below to issue a refund:
      • Login to your Razorpay Dashboard
      • You will find "Transactions" on the left side of the screen (Desktop Mode)
      • Click on "Transactions"
      • There you can see the collected amount and payment method through which the payment was made
      • Select "Payments" tab and choose "Payment ID" or any other source through which you want the transaction to be viewed
      • Click the "Search" button and the details will be displayed
      • Click on "Details" and you will find an option as "Issue refund"
      • There you will find an option to "Refund Instantly" or refund in "Standard mode"
      • If standard mode is selected, then it will take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in bank account
      • You will also find an option to issue a partial refund to the customer
      • There are certain charges for Instant Refund option

  6. Where can I see payment transactions?
    • Following steps will be helpful:
      • Login to Razorpay dashboard
      • On left side panel click on “Transactions”
      • Here you can see "Collected amount” – Amount which is to be settled and captured
      • Order wise details
      • Under “Payments” – You can see all the payment details
