B. What are the default trust badges for your website?
When you create a website, you will see a set of 4 default trust badges updated on your homepage and product detail pages. These are :
i) Secure Payments,
ii) Timely Delivery,
iii) Assured Quality,
iv) Made in India.
C. How can you update the trust badges on your website?
1. Login to your SmartBiz account, navigate to 'Profile' and click on 'Update Trust Badges'.
2. You will see your default badges updated on the screen. Tap on any of the badge to update it.
3. Select the type of badge you want to choose for your website. You will see a library of icons that you can choose from. Tap on the badge of your choice and it will start reflecting on your preview screen.
4. After updating, click on “Save” to save the changes. The update will start reflecting on your website.
5. You can update all of your badges following the process mentioned above.
Note:
- You can update 4 badges on your website. We are currently not providing the option to add fewer/ more badges.
- Out of these 4, you can choose as many badges as you want from any of the badge category.
- Please ensure accuracy of the trust badges updated on your website to avoid customer frustration. Do not update a badge that is not relevant/ true for your business.
