This feature provides a seamless way to integrate Shiprocket, ensuring timely deliveries and enhanced customer satisfaction while minimizing operational complexities.
Link existing Shiprocket account
If you already have a Shiprocket account with the same phone number, you can link it to your SmartBiz account by following the below steps.
1. Login to your SmartBiz account and click on Settings
2. Navigate to the Delivery Settings section to manage your shipment options.
3. Initiate the setup process by clicking on Setup Now to configure your delivery details.
4. Enter the email address of your existing Shiprocket account in the provided field.
5. Now Confirm your email address and proceed with the setup.
6. Click on Create Account to link your Shiprocket account with your SmartBiz account.
7. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number to verify your identity.
8. Finalize your setup by clicking Confirm to save all delivery and contact settings.
Create and link Shiprocket account
To Create a new Shiprocket account and link to your SmartBiz account, follow the below steps.
1. Click on Settings from the left-hand menu
2. Navigate to Delivery Settings
3. Click Setup Now under Shiprocket integration
4. Click "Create Account"

5. Prompt shows the Shiprocket is been enabled successfully

Shiprocket is a pre-paid service. You will get free credits of INR. 500 in your Shiprocket account after you create an account.
Note: You will need to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 200 in your Shiprocket wallet subsequently. Follow the below steps to top up your wallet:

Add a new pickup address
- For shipment pickup, there is an option to add multiple pick up addresses in a dropdown.
- This is not available in the Smartbiz app and you need to use the Shiprocket website to update this.
- First step is to go to www.shiprocket.in and click ‘login’.
- Login to your Shiprocket account using your phone number. Enter the OTP that you received on your phone.
- Now go to the ‘settings’ page and click on ‘manage pickup addresses’ under the ‘pickup address’ tab.
- On this page, click on ‘add pickup address’ and add your new address.
- Once you have updated the new address, verify using OTP.
- Update the OTP and click ‘Save Address’ to add the new pickup address.
- Now go back to the Smartbiz app and you will see the new address in the drop down for ‘pickup address’.
