Step-by-Step Guide to Using WhatsApp Support
1. Log in to your SmartBiz Desktop App
Login to your Desktop App and sign in using your registered credentials.
2. Access the WhatsApp Support option
On the left-hand panel, click Contact → WhatsApp, or
Use the chat action button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Start the conversation
A WhatsApp chat window will open.
Type Hi or use the quick start options shown by the bot.
Choose the query type that best matches your issue.
4. Connect with a SmartBiz Support Advisor
After selecting your issue, you’ll be routed to a support advisor.
Please share your SmartBiz registered phone number and store name when requested for verification.
5. Get help directly on WhatsApp
The advisor will review your query and provide a resolution right in the chat.
You can continue messaging at your convenience.
6. Revisit the chat anytime
All your conversation history stays in WhatsApp Support channel.
