a) How to create a Buy X Get Y offer
1. Log in to Desktop Seller App.
2. Go to the Growth section of your store and click on Offers & Discounts section from the dashboard. Now click on Create Offer.
4. Select the offer type Buy X Get Y.
b) How to select buy and get products
1. Enter an Offer Name (for example: Buy 1 Get 1 Flat ₹50 Off).
2. Under Buy Products (X): Choose Specific Products or a product category. Select the product(s) and save the offer. Enter the required quantity (for example, 1).
3. Under Get Products (Y): Select the product(s) eligible for the offer and save the changes. Enter the quantity customers will receive (for example, 1).
c) How to apply a flat discount
1. Open Offer Setting and choose Flat Discount as the offer type.
2. Now click on the Edit icon.
3. Select Product Category and click Product Selection. Save the changes.
4. Enter the discount amount (for example, ₹50).
5. Review the discount details to ensure accuracy.
d) How to set offer duration and activate the offer
1. Select the Offer Start Date (for example, today).
2. Similarly, select the Offer End Date based on your campaign duration.
3. Review all offer details carefully and click Create Offer to activate it.

1. Open your store website and click on All Products.
2. Click on a product that is part of the Buy X Get Y offer.
