a) Access Zai on SmartBiz
1. Log in to smartbiz.amazon.in. and the Zai panel opens on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. You can start interacting with Zai by typing your question or using the available quick actions.
b) Start a website creation journey with Zai
1. From the Zai panel, select the quick action related to Brand Website Creation.
In the example shown below, we’re creating a website for our brand, so we’re using the quick action at the top to get started.
2. This tells Zai that you want to create or customize your storefront. Zai will then begin guiding you through the theme discovery process.
c) Chat with Zai to share your preferences
1. Answer Zai’s questions about your brand style, category, and preferences.
2. Zai may ask follow-up questions to better understand your needs.
3. You can respond by typing your answers or by using the suggestion pills displayed at the bottom of the chat.
NOTE: The more specific your answers, the more relevant the theme recommendations will be.
d) Review and preview theme recommendations
1. Once Zai gathers all required inputs, it recommends the top three themes tailored to your preferences.
2. Browse through the recommended themes and click Review theme details to learn more about a specific theme.
3. Hover over a theme and select Preview to see how it looks before applying it.
4. Click Preview to review another theme appearance. You can preview multiple themes to compare layouts and designs.
e) Customize your storefront after selecting a theme.
1. Once you finalize a theme, click Customize.
2. This opens the Widget Editor, where you can further personalize your storefront.
3. Customize sections, widgets, and layouts to align the theme with your brand identity.
