The Product Sorting feature in SmartBiz allows you to control how products appear across your entire storefront—including All Products, Categories, and Collections pages. By customizing the sort order, you can highlight your best-selling items, showcase premium products first, or organize inventory alphabetically to help customers find what they need faster. These changes apply directly to your live website at www.smartbiz.in, giving you full control over your customers' browsing experience.

a) Sorting options available
You can sort your products using any of the below criteria:
- Title (A-Z or Z-A) - Alphabetical order
- Price (High to Low or Low to High) - By product price
- Date updated (New to Old or Old to New) - By last modification date
- Inventory (High to Low or Low to High) - By stock quantity
- Discount (High to Low) - By discount percentage
NOTE: The default sorting is set to Title from A to Z.
b) How to sort All Products
Follow the below steps to customize how products appear on your All Products page:
1. Log in to your SmartBiz Desktop Seller App at smartbiz.amazon.in and navigate to the All Products page by clicking on Store Order button.
2. Choose your preferred sorting option (e.g., "Price from High to Low")
3. Click Save to apply your changes.
Your All Products page will now display items according to your selected sorting preference.
c) How to sort products in Categories
To customize product sorting within a specific category:
1. From the left sidebar, click Categories
2. Select the category you want to configure (e.g., "Bedding")
3. Choose your preferred sorting method:
- Title (A-Z) for alphabetical sorting
- Price (Low to High) for budget-friendly browsing
- Or any other available option
4. Click Save to apply your changes.
NOTE: Repeat the above steps for each category where you want custom sorting.
d) How to sort products in Collections
To set up sorting for your Collections:
1. From the left sidebar, click Collections
2. Select an existing collection or click New Collection to create one.
3. Click the Store Order button
4. Navigate to the Products section within the collection and select your preferred sorting option.
5. Click Save to confirm
NOTE: Each collection can have its own unique sorting configuration.
e) How changes appear on your website
After configuring your sorting preferences:
1. Click Home to return to your Desktop Seller App dashboard
2. Click View Your Website in the top right corner
3. Your storefront will open at www.smartbiz.in.
4. Navigate to All Products, specific categories, or collections to see your sorting in action
