Business Growth Tip: Collaborate with Creators and Local Businesses

Using shoppable videos becomes even more powerful when you collaborate with others who already have an audience. Instead of creating all content yourself, you can partner with local creators, influencers, or complementary businesses to increase reach and credibility.

Why collaboration helps

  • Expands your reach to new customer groups
  • Builds trust faster through loyal repeat customers
  • Creates more engaging and relatable content
  • Improves chances of product discovery

Who you can collaborate with

  • Local micro-influencers in your category
  • Loyal repeat customers
  • Nearby businesses with similar target audience
  • Content creators who make product or lifestyle videos

What kind of content works

  • Product demos or “how to use” videos
  • Styling or usage ideas
  • Customer testimonials
  • Unboxing or first impressions
  • Short reels showing real-life usage

Collaborative content often performs better because it feels more authentic than traditional ads.

Partnership Tip: Use WhatsApp Status for Wider Reach

Sellers can also use simple partnerships to promote their store without additional cost.

What you can do

  • Share your store link with loyal customers or creators
  • Ask them to post your products or videos on their WhatsApp Status
  • Encourage them to include a short message like:
“Check this out” / “Loved this product” / “Available here”

Why this works

  • WhatsApp Status is frequently viewed by close contacts
  • Recommendations from known people build strong trust
  • It creates organic traffic to your store

Best practice

  • Partner with people whose audience matches your target customers
  • Keep the ask simple (share + link)
  • Combine this with your Firework videos for better engagement

Strategic note:
Growth doesn’t always require higher ad spend. Smart collaborations and small partnerships can significantly improve visibility and conversions with minimal cost.
