Finding help is effortless. You can find the 'ZAI Mode' toggle on our Desktop App home page in the top right corner. 

  • Type your query: Ask ZAI questions in plain English/ Hindi (e.g., "How do I update my Banner image?").

  • Select a Topic: Choose from a list of frequently asked questions tailored to your recent account activity.

2. Get Instant, Actionable Steps

No more digging through long manuals. ZAI provides an immediate response with clear, numbered instructions. Simply follow the steps provided to complete your task. To ensure you are fully supported, ZAI also suggests relevant follow-up questions tailored to your specific query—guiding you step-by-step until your issue is completely resolved.
